Aircraft Maintenance Controller Position

Our team is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Controller to join our innovative MRO Services group. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the Air Combat Electronic Attack (ACEA) program at RAAF Base Amberley, Queensland.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge 4th Generation Strike Fighter technology, pivotal to Australia's defense. If you have a background in Aviation trades or hold Fixed or Rotary Wing qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

To be successful in this position, you should possess a Certificate IV in Aeroskills and a Military Aircraft Maintenance License. Prior experience with FA-18F & EA-18G is highly desirable but not essential.

  • Managing aircraft maintenance tasks effectively
  • Ensuring Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) compliance and documentation certification
  • Developing and implementing safety protocols and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) regulations
  • Qualifying and practically applying CAMM2 system knowledge
  • Fostering strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Key Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics or Mechanical)
  • Current B/C MAML or ability to obtain (desired)
  • Computer Aided Maintenance Management (CAMM2) System qualifications
  • C class driver's license
