Health Club Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to lead our health club team and drive members to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a positive experience for members and guests through the utilization of industry knowledge and contacts.
  • Drive key performance indicators, including member retention and reduced attrition.
  • Contribute to the centre's strategic direction, continuous improvement, and leadership.
  • Develop high-quality health and fitness programs for targeted groups.
  • Maintain strong relationships with members and other healthcare providers.
  • Lead the fitness team, providing supervision and on-the-job training.
  • Evaluate, review, and modify existing programs to ensure quality and relevance.

Prior health club management experience is highly regarded. The successful applicant will be required to obtain necessary certifications.
