System Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated System Support Engineer to join our growing support team. This role plays a key part in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and are offered solutions providing continuous improvements.

  • Analyze customer requirements and develop system specifications for new projects.
  • Deliver fully tested and documented systems that meet project timelines.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify issues within systems, document findings and analysis results comprehensively.
  • Provide breakdown support, process investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives for existing systems.
  • Escalate technical issues to resources as needed.
  • Develop and implement bug fixes, design and execute improvements and enhancements to optimize system performance. Maintain up-to-date records of all modifications and updates to systems.
  • Provide technical support to sales departments for proposals and tenders.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers, providing second-level technical support.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial control systems and programming languages.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
