Key Qualifications:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential.
  • Minimum 5 years of RN experience in Australian residential aged care is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance practices is necessary.
  • Skilled in medication management, wound care, documentation, and care planning are critical competencies.
  • Effective communication with a resident-first mindset is vital for success.
  • Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including some evenings and weekends, is required.
