About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic IT Services Branch within the Information Management and Technology Division (IMTD).

This ongoing position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of departmental operations with your technical expertise and customer-focused approach.

The IMTD is at the forefront of driving digital transformation across Victorian government schools and the broader department.

We manage and support Victoria's largest technology network, serving around 750,000 staff and students.

As a pivotal member of the IMTD team, you'll support the Service Delivery Manager in bridging the gap between IMTD and IT Services Branch (ITSB), ensuring technology needs are met and business goals are achieved.

You'll also collaborate with stakeholders and ITSB contacts to identify and act on opportunities for service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the relationship between IMTD and ITSB to ensure technology and service needs are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for service enhancement and oversee the implementation of agreed actions.
  • Provide oversight and serve as a key escalation point for service delivery issues.
  • Utilise ITIL practices to manage and maintain service delivery reports, covering incident, problem, change, configuration, and continual improvement management processes.

About You

  • We're looking for a candidate who possesses:
  • Current knowledge of information management technologies, particularly in Service Delivery, and their application in a business context.
  • Proven experience in Project Management and Project Planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work with various stakeholders and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong experience in overseeing service delivery and addressing service issues effectively.
  • Exposure to ITIL practices for managing service delivery reports and processes.
