About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned manager to lead our team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will be responsible for driving a sales culture within your team, utilizing data to inform operational decisions, and consistently raising the performance and capability of your team.

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills, who can influence team members at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting and leading their team to provide customers with meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty through promoting elevated positive behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a selling culture within the team to meet KPI's and promote Sephora's values and motivate the team
  • Utilize data to support operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
  • Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent

As a Department Manager, you will also have the opportunity to work across all departments from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
