About Our Delivery Driver Role

We are seeking skilled and reliable individuals to join our team as Cylinder Delivery Drivers. This role involves regular manual handling of gas cylinders, making it suitable for someone who is comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

You will be responsible for loading and delivering individual cylinder products to commercial and residential customers throughout metro and regional areas. To ensure the success of this role, you must prioritize safety at every level, with high levels of road and traffic safety and patience.

  • Load and deliver individual cylinder products.
  • Ensure vehicles are kept in a safe and clean condition with daily checks and reporting any defects or symptoms of defects - vehicles driven will range from 4.5T -12 tonne rigid trucks.
  • Complete relevant paperwork and meet electronic requirements, including using handheld scanner technology to log deliveries and monitor stock.
  • Prioritize safety at every level with high levels of road and traffic safety and patience.
  • Report any hazards, safety concerns, near misses, and accidents and incidents.
  • Keep track of time and be efficient as possible.
  • Communicate effectively and courteously with clients and customers during deliveries.
