Warehouse Assistant

We require for an immediate start, a switched on, responsible & highly professional person who can jump in as a part of our team to complete a varied role which would include (but not limited to) Liquid Nitrogen & Gas Cylinder Deliveries, Trade Assistant duties, general warehouse maintenance and ad hoc duties. This role will be employed as casual to begin with and will require you to be available for full-time hours. This role will be based out of our depot in Kwinana Beach, Western Australia.
- The role will include but not be limited to;_

Assisting with iso tanker maintenance & repairs (onsite training provided).

The delivery and collection of compressed gas cylinders to commercial customers in multiple suburbs throughout the metro and rural surrounding areas.

The delivery of Liquid Nitrogen to commercial customers throughout multiple suburbs in the Perth metro region.

The role requires frequent manual handling of gas cylinders of varying sizes and suits an active person who enjoys a physically demanding role.

As a member of The Cryogenics Group team, you'll be responsible for the safe, efficient delivery of our products to our customers.

In this role, we're not only looking for experienced drivers but someone who will provide customer service excellence. You will be provided with all the necessary training to complete the job safely, as well as the office support to ensure you are able to complete the job in a safe and timely manner.
- Key responsibilities include:_
- Ensuring safety remains priority at all times.
- Providing excellent customer service to our customers.
- Loading and delivery of bulk cylinder and individual cylinder products (including heavy lifting).
- Management of administrative requirements including the use of a PDA (training provided).
- Continue to demonstrate the following qualities at all times including being safe, accountable, have personal and professional integrity, and a strong customer focus.

Early starts are a requirement for this role and hours can vary depending on the workload, some weekend and afternoon shifts may be required, as well as regional overnight runs if interested.
- To excel in the role, you will need the following skills and experience:_
- Strong customer service experience.
- Excellent time management skills
- A minimum of MR Class driver's licence.
- A proven safety driving record and experience while working within Fatigue Management guidelines.
- Current Forklift Operators License
- Experience working with Dangerous Goods and understanding of regulations is desirable but not essential.
- Entitlement to work in Australia (not a restricted work hour visas).
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to obtain a Police Clearance upon request
