Production Quality Specialist

Top-tier plastic manufacturing companies require highly skilled Quality Assurance professionals to oversee the production process and guarantee superior quality standards. Labourpower has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Production Inspector to join their dynamic team in Moorabbin.
- Effective collaboration with colleagues, combined with independence when working on tasks
- Consistent availability to work Monday through Friday, with flexible shift schedules possible
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with a keen sense of observation
- Substantial experience as a Production Quality Inspector or similar role within the plastics industry, preferably with knowledge of quality assurance policies, inspection methods, and auditing procedures
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be proactive in implementing preventative measures, and consistently evaluate processes to maintain compliance. In addition, they must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and remain motivated throughout the day.
This is a permanent position with regular hours from Monday to Friday. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and high-quality results.
