High-Volume Accountant Needed for Temp-to-Perm Position

About the Role

This fast-paced, high-volume position involves managing a busy workload and meeting demanding deadlines while working autonomously.

  • Accurate data entry of invoices into the system for efficient processing
  • 3-way matching process for payment optimization
  • Preparing weekly payments and reconciling subcontractor payments and supplier statements in an accurate and timely manner
  • Processing staff expense reimbursements and credit card transactions efficiently

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar environment, preferably within mining or construction, with exposure to SAP or Pronto. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Please note that residing in Western Australia is mandatory for this role.
