About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and organised individual to support payroll processing, onboard new employees, and ensure timely management of payroll procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting payroll processing for up to 1500 employees on a fortnightly basis
  • Onboarding new employees and updating existing profiles
  • Entering timesheets and leave requests
  • Managing the payroll inbox and action queries in a timely manner
  • Maintaining payroll procedures
About You

The ideal candidate will possess at least one year's experience in a similar high-volume environment, exceptional time management skills, and adaptability. Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a positive attitude are essential for this role.

Residency in Western Australia and full working rights are mandatory for consideration of this vacancy.
