Home Lending Professional

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff and clients
• Assess client eligibility for loan products and services
• Develop well considered loan scenarios and submissions
• Manage the lending process and loan aftercare
• Analyze client data and develop strategies for loan growth and retention
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of home and business lending, including end-to-end loan assessment and loan arrears follow up
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team member under limited supervision
• Willingness to undertake customer visitation and promotional activities
