About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Technical Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts for key technical roles across the organization. As a critical member of our People Team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent to meet the needs of our expanding business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for our Sydney team, primarily focused on technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across our various engineering teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop and refine job descriptions, recruitment strategies, and interview processes that attract top-tier technical talent.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and candidates to ensure alignment on hiring goals and seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to ensure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and continuously optimize for success.
  • Represent the Australian business within a larger global team based in the US, ensuring the execution of the People Team strategy aligns seamlessly with overall company objectives.
Requirements
  • You are a proactive and strategic recruiter who thrives on taking ownership and driving talent initiatives.
  • In this role, you will have a direct impact on scaling Rokt's technical teams and contributing to the company's growth in Australia and globally.
  • You're passionate about identifying top talent and excited by the opportunity to shape and refine Rokt's talent acquisition strategy.
  • You're comfortable taking on a lead role driving all aspects of hiring for Rokt in Australia, specifically bringing years of technical recruiting experience in the Sydney market, with a focus on senior and highly technical roles (engineering, infrastructure, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of technical concepts and the ability to evaluate technical talent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to inform and improve processes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-growth environment.
