Role Overview:

Full-time CHSP Project Officer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Full-time CHSP Project Officer. This role will involve coordinating and administering Domestic Assistance and Home Meals services in line with CHSP guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Intake and Assessment: Manage client referrals, conduct assessments, and develop support plans based on individual client needs, preferences, and funding eligibility.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate the delivery of Domestic Assistance and Home Meals services in accordance with CHSP guidelines and support plans.
  • Administrative and Invoicing Management: Review and verify contractor invoices, prepare and maintain invoicing records, monitor client payments, and maintain accurate records of client data.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to coordinate services and resolve operational matters.
  • Program Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure services are delivered in accordance with CHSP guidelines, participate in quality audits, and maintain compliance-related documentation.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Appropriate qualification in Community Services, Community Development, or Aged Care, or similar discipline.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer service, working with clients from diverse backgrounds, and relevant knowledge and experience in CHSP, HCP, NDIS services or other community services.
  • Skills: Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations, dietary considerations for older people, understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, and occupational health and safety issues.
