Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to work as a New Graduate Mobile Occupational Therapist in a community-based setting. You will be working with adults and children, conducting therapy planning and intervention delivery, assistive technology trials, minor home modifications, functional capacity assessments, housing & living SDA/SIL assessments, goal setting, outcome tracking, mental health, and psychosocial support interventions.

You will be supported by a team that genuinely values your growth and provides you with full training and support. This includes gradual increase in independence with appropriate clinical support, support in treatment planning and decision-making, full admin support, focus on personal growth, collaborative and innovative team environment, flexible hours, paid note time, in-service presentations and CPD opportunities, supervision and ongoing clinical support with Senior OTs and clinical lead, and regular support meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration + insurance
  • Own car and current driver's license
  • CPR/ First aid (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current police check (or willingness to obtain)
  • COVID vaccinations (up to date)
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
Benefits
