Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to clients in a mobile setting, working closely with our team to deliver excellent clinical outcomes.

The role requires the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with other therapists and support staff. You will be involved in training and supporting new graduate occupational therapists, as well as mentoring OT students and contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality therapy services to clients in a mobile setting.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver excellent clinical outcomes.
  • Train and support new graduate occupational therapists.
  • Mentor OT students and contribute to business development.
  • Keep up-to-date with current compliance and legislative requirements within the funding bodies and occupational therapy realm.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Full AHPRA registration and insurance.
  • A passion for high-quality service delivery.
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Own car and current driver's license.
  • CPR/ First aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current police check (or willingness to obtain).
  • COVID vaccinations (up to date).
  • Eligibility to work permanently in Australia.
