Home Care Support Position

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced home care support worker to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support with daily living activities such as toileting, bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Assist with transportation to medical appointments, social events, and other outings
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to customers
  • Perform domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and light gardening
  • Identify and assess customer needs, developing personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements

Requirements:

  • Driver's license and a fully registered and insured vehicle
  • Current First Aid including CPR qualification
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (desired but not essential)
  • NDISWC and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience working with technology such as smartphones and computer programs
