About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the efficient operation of our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with laboratory-based administrative and practical tasks, including specimen collection, accessioning, slide and block filing, scanning, and delivery of urgent cases across multiple sites.
  • Support multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the accurate entry of data into laboratory systems, ensuring critical information is available when needed.
  • Prepare and process histological specimens while performing routine equipment maintenance to support laboratory operations.
  • Work across both the Main Laboratory and Cut-Up Laboratory on a rotational basis, gaining exposure to a range of pathology processes and contributing directly to high-quality patient outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability

  • Proficient in computer systems, software, and hardware
