Opportunity Overview:

Join an established, friendly team at your new dental practice, where you will be supported to grow and work among a great team. If you are proactive in learning and passionate about Dentistry, this Casual opportunity is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to patients.
  • Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment.
  • Deliver quality chairside assistance to dentists.
  • Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions.
  • Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures.
  • Patient care from entry to surgery and recall management.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 months+ experience as a Dental Assistant preferred:
  • Skilled at tackling challenges both independently and as part of a team, while paying close attention to details.
  • Maturity and reliability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about customer service/patient care.
  • Maintaining an orderly environment with systematic approaches.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner.
