We are seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at Forster Private Hospital in NSW. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality clinical pharmacy services to patients and assisting in the dispensary.

About the Role:

  • Conduct medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation to ensure accurate and safe medication use
  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products to meet the needs of our patients
  • Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stays, day infusions, and discharge
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
  • SUPPORT PATIENTS, CARERS, HOSPITAL STAFF, AND ASSOCIATED EMPLOYEES IN A VARIETY OF WAYS
  • Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection, and the proper use of medicines
  • Review and completion of monthly reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
