Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality support services to clients with high support needs. This role involves providing personal care, daily living support, and promoting autonomy within shared living environments.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly and manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and daily living support
  • Assist with manual handling and use of aids
  • Support clients with complex needs and medical requirements
  • Foster independence and inclusion in shared living environments
  • Build positive relationships with clients and families


Requirements:
  • Experience supporting high-needs disability clients
  • Confidence in manual handling and use of aids
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility for varied shifts and rostered work
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Outlook)
  • Current Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check
