Aged Care Leadership Position

As a Residential Aged Care Manager, you will lead a team in delivering exceptional care and creating a supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
About the RoleYou will report directly to the Regional Manager and be responsible for driving quality care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
- Lead a team of caregivers to provide person-centred care and support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in aged or medical care leadership roles.
- Strong commercial acumen and management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a difference in people's lives.
