We are currently recruiting for multiple Caregivers/Personal Care Assistants to provide in-home care services for our clients. We offer personal support, domestic assistance (light cleaning and meal prep), transportation and companionship.

Our goal is to deliver exceptional in-home support services for all clients. Our team is supportive and close-knit with a shared aim of providing the best possible care outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of people with a disability while working in a progressive organisation committed to making a real difference in the in-home Care sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting clients with personal hygiene and getting dressed
- Assisting clients with housekeeping or other daily errands
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing food and feeding clients
- Transporting client to appointments
- Providing support with academic, social or recreational activities

Requirements
  • Minimum of Certificate 3 in Individual Support / Health Services Assistance / Aged Care / Home and Community Care
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • Current and Clear National Police Check (within 12 months validity)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Employee Working with Children Check
  • Full Covid Vaccination Comprehensive
  • NDIS Clearance
Desirable Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of support work or personal care experience
  • Australian driver's license
  • Insured car
  • Hoisting experience
  • Current manual handling certification
  • Experience supporting people with autism
  • Experience with non-verbal clients
  • Experience with spinal cord injuries
