About the Role

The Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer will be responsible for leading the college's diversity and inclusion efforts, developing strategic directions to enhance student learning and teacher practice. This involves ensuring that pedagogies are developed and implemented at all levels, and by all staff, as well as utilising thorough analysis of current data to inform decisions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff to achieve college goals.
