About the Role

BOQ Group is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Risk Specialist to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Framework in compliance with regulatory obligations.
  2. Provide expert guidance, oversight, and constructive challenge on Operational Resilience risks.
  3. Develop thought-leadership on Operational Resilience management, focusing on policy life cycle development and continuous improvement.
  4. Comply with BCM Policy and Frameworks and ensure operational risk frameworks are in place.
About You

The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in a related field, such as Commerce, Business, Finance, Accounting, or Risk Management.

You should have experience in a similar or related field, with a deep understanding of Business Continuity principles, processes, and procedures.

Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting risk and scenario assessments are essential.

Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with all levels of BOQ Group.

You should have extensive experience partnering with business functions and working collaboratively across the three lines of defence to enhance operational resilience capabilities.
