Job Title: Customer Service Representative
About the RoleThis position is based in Sydney, Australia and is responsible for cultivating customer relationships for current and potential customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge of products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate customer relationships to increase sales and revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet customer needs.
- Work closely with customers and the sales team to develop a better understanding of products and services.
- Process purchase orders, sample requests, and approved return requests and follow through until shipment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Degree in Business or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or order fulfilment.
- Knowledge or experience with SAP system.
- Excellent communication skills with good telephone etiquette.
