- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and enhance customer relationships
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance service delivery
- Develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work effectively in a dynamic environment with a team-oriented mindset
- 2+ years of customer service or call centre experience
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM system experience is a plus
