About the RoleThis senior management position involves overseeing a clinical team to ensure high-quality care delivery. As Assistant Manager Care Partnership, you will provide leadership and support to enhance consumer outcomes.

Our organisation has been providing care and support to people in their homes for 25 years. We have a passionate team of nurses, allied health professionals and support staff who work together to restore independence and promote wellbeing in our consumers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to your team members, promoting best practice standards and regulatory compliance.
- Foster a positive work culture that respects individual contributions, supports continuous learning and development, and ensures high-quality care delivery.
- Assist with overall management of clinical governance frameworks and develop/review service delivery protocols.
