Operations Manager

Macmahon is seeking a Support Supervisor to lead the WAC Workshop team. This role will provide effective leadership and operational management to assist Macmahon in achieving its business objectives. The workshop support team comprises planning, estimating, forecasting, invoicing, WIP management, material logistics management, tool store control, and general administration.
About the role
- Manage scope of works development and estimating to meet customer expectations.
- Review and manage invoicing forecasts.
- Control customer communication.
- Manage accurate and effective planning for workshop project execution.
- Provide information to workshop departments for staffing requirements.
- Complete operational reporting, including P&L analysis.
- Manage workshop overhead material costs.
About you
- Experience in workplace leadership.
- Planning and scheduling experience/qualifications.
- Sound financial acumen.
- Knowledge of earthmoving machinery repairs and refurbishments (desirable).
