Elevate Early Education & Childcare is seeking passionate educators who want to make an impact to our children's development and early education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist centre staff in daily routines, ensuring the smooth operation of the childcare environment.
- Provide children a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere, maintaining a nurturing environment.
- Lead and facilitate group activities with children, fostering their social and educational development.
- Document and interpret children's behaviour, educational progress, and social skills in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Contribute actively to the development and implementation of educational programs.
- Supervise children to ensure they are in a safe and stimulating educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the early childhood education industry.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to the early childhood sector.
- Positive, friendly, and "can-do" attitude.
