Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators and support staff in providing high-quality education and care services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience or a Diploma in Children's Services (Out-of-Hours-Care), or equivalent.
  • Approachable and collaborative leadership style.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Valid Paid NSW Working with Children Check.
  • Double vaccinated or approved medical exemption.
