About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Business Development Manager to join our team at Linde. As a key member of our Regional Retail/Sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share in your territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to secure new customers and contracts
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, retail, and support functions, to achieve business objectives
- Contribute to the overall performance of the Region, working closely with the Regional Retail/Sales team to achieve shared goals
Requirements
- Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
