Quality Assurance RoleWe are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to lead and manage the quality systems, food safety practices, and compliance in our manufacturing facility.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring regulatory compliance, managing supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement quality management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
  2. Lead audits, inspections, and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  3. Manage supplier quality assurance to ensure adherence to company standards.
  4. Provide training and leadership to staff on quality and safety procedures.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a QA Manager or in a similar role within food manufacturing.
  2. Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
  3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  4. Degree or qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
