This role involves leading all aspects of site quality assurance, ensuring full compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the QA team to ensure customer, regulatory, and certification standards are met.
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Manage internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness at all times
  • Investigate non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Drive initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency
  • Liaise with production, technical, and customer teams to align on quality expectations

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance product quality
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and non-conformities through proactive monitoring and reporting
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping for all quality-related activities
