Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Control Governance: Lead the implementation and maintenance of internal controls, guaranteeing alignment across all functions.
  • Documentation Oversight: Ensure all documentation, including sales transactions and controls, is up-to-date and readily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Talent Development: Conduct training for senior leadership, control owners, and control performers, fostering a culture of accountability within our organization.
  • Risk Assessment: Oversee the Residual Value Risk Management process, evaluate organizational commitments, and drive continuous improvements in risk management practices.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Secure regular internal control and risk management reporting, and coordinate with key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Ensure smooth handover of controls to owners with relevant documentation and training, providing ongoing support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in risk management and internal controls, with a deep understanding of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Proven track record of working in large organizations, showcasing ability to manage complex structures.
  • Strong sense of autonomy, with demonstrated ability to take full ownership of responsibilities and drive results independently.
  • High-level analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
