
Senior Governance Compliance Officer

The role of the Lead Compliance Specialist is to oversee and execute our company's governance and compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish, maintain, and improve our compliance standards
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on compliance-related matters
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage and maintain records and reports related to compliance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or in a field related to governance and compliance
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
