Lead Compliance Specialist

The role of the Lead Compliance Specialist is to oversee and execute our company's governance and compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish, maintain, and improve our compliance standards
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on compliance-related matters
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Manage and maintain records and reports related to compliance

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or in a field related to governance and compliance
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
