Job Title: Senior Governance Officer

About the Role:

The position is responsible for managing complex and high-risk student matters, including case management and remediation of National Student Ombudsman complaints. The role requires establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing a small team to facilitate stakeholder requests, and representing the organization at meetings and forums.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage complex and sensitive student-related matters, including case management and remediation of National Student Ombudsman complaints.
* Establish and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Lead a small team to facilitate stakeholder requests and provide guidance on governance and compliance matters.
* Represent the organization at meetings and forums to promote a positive image and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
