About the Opportunity
Seeking an exceptional individual to provide top-notch customer service, manage gaming areas, and maintain equipment. This is a casual opportunity to work in our Front Bar and Gaming Room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer experience
- Set up and reset activities as directed by management
- Undertake general waiting and service duties for food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of gaming areas to the required standard
- Ensure equipment and furniture are well-maintained
Essential Requirements:
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (SA) certification is mandatory
- Basic Gaming Certificate is preferred but not essential
- Excellent English language skills are necessary
- Ability to learn, grow, and develop within the role
- Knowledge of relevant work health and safety legislation and food safety standards is expected
