Shopkeeper Needed

15-25 hour a week casual position for 3 month trial.

Assist customers in making purchases & booking in jobs for technicians. Must effectively understand needs of clientele as well as requirements of technicians & then communicate said needs & requirements between the two parties. Keep front of shop clean, tidy, & organised. Keep front shelves stocked. Assist with notifying clientele of completed jobs. Become familiar with basic key systems & learn how to identify key blanks & cut them. Learn how to service vehicle & roller door remotes & change batteries. Learn how to stretch foot ware.

Requirements:

· Organised, self-motivated and ability to handle several tasks at one time

· Experience using point of sale systems

· Computer literate – ability to use excel and word

· Ability to communicate with customers and technicians

· Friendly disposition with ability to attend to customers' needs

· Ability to diffuse and resolve difficult situations
