Senior Building Cost Validator

The role of a Restoration Review Technician is to provide technical and cost validation of Restorer's reports, scope of works and quotes including specialist reports to assist Claims Management teams, Loss Adjusting and Repair Solutions.
About the RoleThis position plays a crucial part in minimizing claims costs by effectively reviewing building costs and negotiating acceptable outcomes with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the restoration industry and knowledge of restoration best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Minimizing claims cost by effectively reviewing building costs and negotiating acceptable outcomes with suppliers.
- Communication with suppliers, internal claims team and supplier relationship team.
- Timely and accurate review of scopes of works and supplier quotations.
- Previous experience in the restoration industry with knowledge of restoration best practices.
- IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) Certification.
- Skills in preparing a scope of works.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
