Lead HR Systems and Data Analytics Transformation

This is a key role within our organisation where you will be responsible for leading the implementation of new human resource information systems (HRIS) to drive business growth and strategic decision making.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing HR systems, project implementation, and data analysis. They will also possess a strong understanding of HRIS systems, technologies, and report generation capabilities.

In this role, you will lead people systems, data analytics capabilities, and initiatives that inform strategic decision making. You will develop and evaluate policies and practices to establish employee workforce data and analytics. Additionally, you will develop and embed a data analytics framework, including HR metrics and scorecards, and manage legislative/compliance reporting in regard to people systems and data analytics.

You will also lead the HR operations team, ensuring fit-for-purpose people systems and business processes. Furthermore, you will lead key initiatives that drive continual improvement across the organisation.

  1. Develop and implement HR systems and processes that support business goals and objectives;
  2. Design and deliver data analytics and reporting solutions to inform business decisions;
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to improve HR operations and service delivery;
  4. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools is essential, as well as the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
