The role of Principal Data Analyst is a key position within the Integrated Workforce Management Program at Queensland Health.

Key responsibilities include leading reporting deliverables which involve extracting data from multiple sources, importing and merging data into databases, creating dashboards and report templates, producing reports, analysing performance results, and developing and delivering key findings to inform strategic decisions.

**About the Role:**

The Principal Data Analyst will have a high level of knowledge and extensive experience working with relational database technologies, preferably in a Microsoft SQL Server environment. This individual must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop innovative and practical solutions.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Extensive written and verbal communication skills to provide advice, consult and negotiate with stakeholders on complex and strategic issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective client and stakeholder relationships in an environment of change.

**Program Overview:**

The Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) Program is a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing the roster-to-pay process, driving positive outcomes to support workforce management, and delivering tangible benefits for Hospital and Health Services and the Department of Health.
