About This Role:

The Data and Systems Lead is responsible for providing strategic direction and expertise to support comprehensive reporting of casual workforce within required timelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Oversee system administration, database management, and reporting to maintain data integrity, reliability, and security
  • Analyse complex datasets to provide actionable insights through reports and dashboards
  • Identify and implement improvements to data management and system processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve data processing efficiency
  • Contribute to IT and data-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations
  • Develop high-quality training materials and provide expert guidance on system and data best practices
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to agreed priorities, timeframes, and accountabilities
  • Experience in database development and management, ICT solution oversight, reporting, and data visualization, particularly using SQL and Microsoft Power Platforms
