We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Health law practice. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of health and medical negligence matters.

The ideal candidate will have recently graduated with a recognised Law degree or be admitted as a solicitor in Australia. You will have a genuine interest in working in insurance law or litigation, preferably in the health and medical negligence space.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and insight into our Health law practice area. You will have the chance to work closely with experienced practitioners and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently. They will also possess a strong attention to detail and be able to communicate clearly with clients at all levels of seniority.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis on complex health and medical negligence matters">
  • Prepare and present legal documents and submissions to clients and courts">
  • Work closely with experienced practitioners to develop and implement case strategies">
  • Provide excellent client service and communication">
  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry developments">

Requirements:
