Key Leadership Role

This position is ideal for a seasoned leader with experience in managing teams and guiding them towards delivering high-quality content.

The team is responsible for creating comprehensive documentation that supports customer self-help and reduces support costs.

As the leader of this team, you will oversee the planning, production, and delivery of our documentation. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to align documentation strategies and deliverables.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of content designers (technical) in AI + human collaboration content.
  • Oversee the creation of documentation that supports customer self-help and reduces support costs.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools and automation to streamline documentation processes and improve content quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align documentation strategies and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing teams, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong background in content strategy, information architecture, and structured content.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through adoption of AI tools.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation in content workflows and content management systems.
