Lead Creative Director

Drive innovation and creativity as a key team member behind the Miss Amara brand.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the creative direction of seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with brand values and aesthetic. You will oversee the development process, including liaising with global suppliers in India, Turkey, China and beyond.

The role involves regular travel for supplier visits and sourcing trips. You will partner with stakeholders to co-create a compelling and cohesive creative direction for the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the creative vision for seasonal collections, balancing aesthetic, functionality and cost.
  • Translating high-level creative ideas into detailed product briefs that inform and inspire development.
  • Making strategic design decisions regarding materials, weaving techniques, finishes and more.

Requirements:

  • Senior design or product development experience, with strong capabilities in new product development, sourcing, trend analysis and international supplier engagement.
  • Passion for design, innovation and product storytelling, with a strong understanding of the homewares sector.
  • Ability to interpret global trends in a way that feels on-brand.
