Job Title: Claims Management Expertise
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead claims strategy and planning to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain policies, processes, and procedures to ensure quality assurance.
- Build strong relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional claims service.
- Manage complex claims caseloads, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical background in property and construction related material damage claims.
- Experience handling large, complex losses and managing construction-related liability and professional indemnity claims.
- Broad working knowledge of claims systems, service requirements, and processes.
- Excellent negotiation skills and change management experience.
