Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression and professional growth, with the potential to move into business development manager roles or other senior positions.

The Role:

  • Collaborate with Senior Business Development Managers to identify new prospects from various sources, including databases, events, and partnerships.
  • Utilize sales enablement tools such as Salesforce.com and ZoomInfo to prospect new opportunities directly.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as revenue and appointment setting targets.
  • Manage the lead allocation pipeline to the sales team on a daily basis.
  • Demonstrate and promote ideal solutions for potential clients using commercial awareness.

Requirements:

  • Similar experiences in a sales role, ideally involving making outbound calls.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Experience working in B2B payments or FX is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools such as Salesforce is advantageous.
