About the Role

As a Retail Team Member, you will contribute to a high performance culture, ensuring great customer experience is enabled across the store, including:

  • Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to our back of house.
  • Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale.
  • Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor.
  • Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes.

About You

  • You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated.
  • Customer focus and result driven.
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is AU$50,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
