Job Description

As a specialist in software control systems and equipment, you will embark on a vital field-based role, traveling to customer sites across the Asia-Pacific Region.

  • Provide installation and maintenance support for software control systems and equipment supporting gas turbines and compressors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance, modifications, adjustment, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of software control systems and equipment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns.
  • Interface with customers, engineering, and management teams to ensure site operations and maintenance activities align with technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to provide technical guidance and solve complex technical problems.
  • Provide professional and timely reports related to field services activities and equipment status.
Requirements:
  1. Demonstrate appropriate training, qualifications, and experience in software control systems and equipment.
  2. Display successful experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault-finding of industrial gas turbines, auxiliary systems, and/or compressors.
  3. Have significant experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, start-up, and commissioning of pumps and auxiliary packages.
  4. Display a powerful customer service-orientation mindset and experience leading customers through tough decisions.
  5. Awareness of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance and potential risks.
  6. Excellent written and oral communication skills to convey technical concepts to customers, both internal and external.
  7. Flexibility to travel to customer locations, adapt to customer demands, and be available at short notice.
